Tazskan, notices that Perry had activated a trap, as blue gas enveloped him sending him to sleep.
But the chest is opened for his effort.
He stands back, away from the blue gas as it dissipates, harmlessly before him. Once satisfied that the gas has completely dissipated, he will have a peak inside the chest. Careful, not to touch anything at this stage.
The large chest contains gems, bits of art, an assortment of weapons and bits of armor. All packed in a little hastily.
It looks like the missing parts of the hoard are here, likely removed from the main chamber to protect them from the impending fight.
Velon experiences a range of emotions and reactions as Perry does his thing. At first he's a bit nervous as Perry begins the task. He cringes as the tail batters the side of the chest, as surely this is not the way to handle such a delicate job. He then raises an eyebrow and has half of a smirk on his face as Perry actually succeeds in his task. Only a second later, however, Velon experiences a brief moment of panic as his most interesting friend succumbs to yet another trap. He's ready to rush over and check on him once the cloud clears only to then hear Perry snoring. At this he finally lets out a loud laugh and holds his stomach a little.
"HA! I assume that means our friend here is just fine, or will be soon enough. I'm glad that didn't happen to our wizard while he was poking around in here while the rest of us fought a dragon, at least. What WERE you doing, anyhow? And did I hear singing or something of the sort?!"
"Let's wake him up in a minute and finish getting all of this treasure back to the castle, shall we? Perhaps it is not fair to ask Captain Callahan's men to haul all of this treasure without them seeing any extra benefit from everyone's efforts today. They were ready to face a dragon outside for us, after all. Perhaps a few extra coin for each is in order. What do you all say to that?"
Lawrance looks sheepish as he explains "I was trying to get into the armoire and use one of those potions to heal the damage they did to me, but I was in too much of hurry and got hit by the trap. As far as singing goes, I don't remember any when I came to, but Perry says he healed me, so that may have been it."
"We may have to look deep into Perry's magic bag to find all the treasure he scooped up in the other chamber, but yes, let's clear this place out and go home. The crew certainly deserve a nice bonus for sticking around and having our backs, in case things had gotten hairy."
"I may be a little paranoid about things at the moment, but I would carefully check all this stuff before handling it, in case there some weird geas or poison or something as an additional trap from beyond her death. She struck me as that kind of mind."
With that, using whatever magic and might he needs, Lawrance helps the gang to gather the found goods and cart them back to the castle.
A few minutes pass as Perry naps on the floor of this disgusting bedroom. Eventually, he heaves himself into a sitting position and yawns. He rubs his eyes and looks around the room to find the others moving treasure out to the castle and says, "Huh, wha…? Did I fall asleep in the middle of something again? Hmm, I thought I'd gotten over that."
The bard seems confused, but this behavior isn't out of the ordinary for him. He slowly picks himself up off the ground and stretches a bit, "AH, that feels better! Nothing like a good nap!" Then, he realizes where he napped. "OH GROSS," he complains as he magically cleans himself and his clothes. "Not dealing with whatever disastrous diseases fester in this room."

After all the treasure has been moved to the castle and the group is ready to go, Perry yells to the kobolds in the cave, "We're leaving now. Sorry for the trouble, and I hope you guys end up in a better situation. And remember, no more bad deeds!"
He goes outside and meets the others.
Mari tries not to snicker as Perry snores peacefully." That's how an expert does it right there. He will get himself killed one day." She shakes her head and tries vainly to hide her smile.
She nods in agreement with Velon ." Good idea, Velon. We should reward our allies who were willing to fight such a dangerous enemy for us."
Lia speaks with Velon and the others a short time later." Maybe we should bring the prince's corpse with us. I can bring him back to life and he can then answer for his crimes against his own people. What does everyone think of that?"
"Mr. Wizard, did you find anything worthwhile in that cabinet, anyhow?"
Velon responds to Lia a bit later before they depart. "Oh yes, I'm glad you said that. I had hoped to bring him along, but then almost forgot with all of this excitement." He nods in Perry's direction at that last part. "My vote is that we take him to the King, as for an audience and tell him our tale, and then tell him we have something sensitive to talk to him about, perhaps saying it's a personal or family matter. He can decide who should listen to such news before proceeding, then we can tell him of his son. Perhaps we simply offer to revive him and leave it up to the King? I fear this one could escape with his magic if we revive him much sooner."
The main passage, now cleared, allows men from the castle to come down and lend a hand with the things found in Chuth's lair. There's quite a bit to carry, even with the dent made by Perry's magic bag.
Upon seeing what is going on, the three kobolds quietly grab a few bags and fall in line, flinching whenever someone looks at them, but lending their aid regardless.
The armoire contains multiple potions and alchemical ingredients, though it looks like the stock of the latter is running low, possibly used for the various traps encountered. The potions will take some time to identify, though one is probably not difficult to guess, it bears the same color pattern as the healing potion used by the prince.
Soon enough, The loot has been stowed. The prince's body recovered, and whatever parts of Chuth people wish to recover have been hauled out.
Most of the elven children don't know how to use a map, but those who do help identify where they came from. A large village not very far from here.
None of them know where to reliably find elven scouts out in the field, but King Melendrach's holdfast would seem a good place to go. They point you in that direction as well.
Out of Character: For dragon body parts, I'll need a list of what's being taken and a survival check for each. Some things will be easier than others to take intact.
In raw coin and sellable valuables, the group is walking out with the equivalent of 42,550 gp.
There are also eleven potions, and an assortment of magical items: a set of full plate armor, two sets of studded leather, a heavy crossbow, three daggers, two longswords, an Ioun stone, a pair of crystals, and four wands.
