Daishain's 5e D&D Rules, Q&A, And Support - Page 721

Lia used the healers kit to actually heal him. I rolled for hit point recovery. Why would we not heal him up to get information? That's been the plan the whole time I thought.

Apparently I wasted a spell slot since no one is taking the free hit points. Lia will take one share of them. Still 4 more available.

Cool okay, I won't use Healing Word then. I forgot the rule regarding the Healer feat working all the time. Anyway, sounds good to me! I agree that we needed to heal him a bit to get information out of him.

Kyrr, I thought the healing you cast were going to Poljen, Poppo, Taz and Perry? Lawrance wasn't injured at all, and Poljen seems the worst off. As far as the dwarf goes, he should have enough points, as he wasn't dead when we found him. What about his human co-cultist? Also, does the healer's kit with feat also give him d6+user level+ his max HD?

If I understand correctly she is giving people a short rest in only 10 minutes. Those who gain resources back from a short rest should consider taking it for that purpose.

The spell she cast takes ten minutes. I thought it might be a good idea to just wait ten minutes for the spell instead of taking a short rest.
The healers kit should have added extra hit points per level. I didn't add that into the roll since I had no idea what level he is.

The ten minutes is also useful for the detect magic. Another ten for the identify, if there's something good. Christian, can you have Poppo identify twice, also?
