Jason you have to also make a choice with your fireball speed. The two trolls are too far in the camp to hit both with a fireball and not effect any others. Chose the troll you wish to burn. The one on Vickie or the one on Ghost.
Sleeping in metal armor if I remember correctly you do not benefit from any hit point recovery or ability score recovery due to not getting a good night of sleep.

You can use that on yourself once you are awake. Also remember you do not die unless your hit-points are -10 or your constitution score which ever is the higher number Thus Vickie would not be dead until she reaches -13.
