Dark Druid says... Out of Character: If you look up the Command spell, it says language-dependant. So maybe, as long as the dragon speaks Common. That's even if you're willing to get close to a dragon.
In Character: Jumping out of the wagon, Avan begins pushing it towards the side of the road. "I can't do this alone," he says. "When we're in the trees, I can cover the wagon in a cloud of mist so the dragon will pass by without seeing it. If you're not pushing then go and hide!"
