So I turned on American Idol tonight excited because I wanted to see who the mentor for the top 11 will be and I could not believe my eyes when the mentor was 17 years old Miley Cyrus! You have to be kidding!

Wow, I am hearing Miley Cyrus live on Idol. My goodness, she is pitching all over the song! I am shocked they chose her as a mentor yesterday.

Apparently, Crystal (one of the contestants) in a moment of confidence, told Ryan Seacrest that she thought about leaving the show because she missed her son. Seacrest counseled her to stay. Anyhow, Seacrest made the whole thing publicly and Crystal did not take it lightly, lashing back at him she said Ryan "betrayed" her.

Page 9 Idol American

The show last night was quite challenging because it was based on Frank Sinatra. Lee and Big Mike did a great job and the favorite of the bunch, Crystal did not do as expected. The worst of the night in my view was Casey, it was almost like he did not want to be there and Aaron pulled a good fight.

LDS_Forever - I saw that episode with Miley Cyrus as mentor and I was shocked, too. And that Adam Lambert! What makes him such an expert? Or her? Really, I can't figure out why they pick some of these.

Yes Farseer! Also I was angry that Casey stayed and Aaron had to leave. Because let's face it, Casey sang terribly! And Aaron did a pretty good job. That's just to show that no matter how you sing as long as you're good looking that's all it matters in the end.

Well, we're now on the Top 3 ladies and gentlemen (like Ryan Seacrest would say). Big Mike is now gone and the top three are Crystal, Lee and Casey.
In my opinion, the next one going is Casey and the final will be between Crystal and Lee with Crystal becoming the new American Idol, at least that's my prediction.
