Age is determined from the Dungeon Master guide I will allow you to define your appearance but height and weight are still a random roll. I need a to have two D100 rolls.
Being new to Dungeons & Dragons is not a issue. Many people starting out have to start someplace. I hope that you do enjoy the game. My main question is how did you come up with a dexterity of 19?

Characters Create Dragons and Dungeons Advance Kntoran
Well I went to the Character generator 3.5 (The one that is in the link when you come into the forums) and it ended up with 16 but there was a space next to it with a 3, so I thought I had to add it or something like that. We can change it if it is too high.
The rolls are: 2D100=(60) (95). I want my character to have dark brown hair with bright green eyes.

Your character can have that for hair and eyes. Your character is of average weight weighting in at 175 lbs and is a bit taller. Roll 2 d6 and add them together for height base to add to is 72 inches. Age for your character is 17 years old. Once you make the modifications repost your character. When you posted on a 3.5 generator that +3 for dexterity was your [Dexterity] bonus for a higher [Dexterity]. Your dexterity in the Advance Dungeons & Dragons world will be the original 16.

Oh a girl huh, let me do some adjusting as I was thinking you were playing a male character. Your weight will drop down to 135 lbs and your height will drop down to to 72 inches. SO yeah your still tall for a female. Other than that your character is approved and ready for play you can now post in the player discussion thread. Make sure you put your hit points (16) and your alignment on the character sheet
