Between Zork and Durgan pushing on the trap door the start to feel it move. Redoubling their efforts they are finally able to push the chest off the door and gain access to the roof. The roof is sloped from the center to the outer edges. The slope is not very steep so standing is not a issue. (Slope of roof is 1 foot per every 12 feet.) The roof is empty besides a large chest. How it got to be partially over the trap door is something to ponder.

In Character: Turning to his friends, "I think some detect magic will be best around now."
He commands his dog to look around.

The Chainbreaker says... Sessativa obliges, casting her prepared Detect Magic on the chest. If it doesn't have an aura, she will open it, suspecting nothing else to disturb them.
Out of Character: There's also one corridor we haven't explored.
