Out of Character: I know that the Cure Blindness spell exists but wonder if Durgan knows it. Perhaps he sees it as a failing of his faith that he can't cure himself. Or it could be a draw for more people to come to his sermons. Perhaps he can use it as a excuse to strengthen ties with the church of Oghma. What options would he have for curing his condition and what cost?
In Character: Durgan and Sessativa discuss their plans of her taking care of him while he continues his preaching, but no longer out on the streets. They are both concerned that M might strike at any time, and having some muscle nearby might save their lives.
And we have to come to a conclusion on splitting the loot. Didn't get an answer regarding a 3-way split, Durgan and Sessativa receiving separate shares.
Also, we have to update the guard captain about the tower and the clues about M. Did we hear about the quest from someone or just set off adventuring? I vaguely recall something about a fallen paladin.

Out of Character: You can do the 3 way split, just let me know the final. I think you need to get Durgan sorted before we start talking to anyone. In the mean time I will get back to my fort and you can send word when you are ready to go out again.
In Character: Zork bids farewell and then heads to the fort at a quick pace on his horse keeping his dog at the top with him to go faster.
"We can split the coins now," Sessativa says. She does so splitting it into three piles each containing:
14706 copper
15718 silver
12166 gold
1061 platinum
And the 4 platinum bars we can split for Zork to have two for his display of generosity and Durgan and Sessativa 1 each.
The only remainder is 1 copper piece which falls between some floorboards to be forgotten forever.
"And the mundane weapons and armor can be used to equip the poor and let them take their lives into their own hands," Durgan says.
Sessativa finishes, "While you're gone I will identify some of these magical items. Are you sure you don't want the +3 longsword as a sidearm?"
Over the next few days she buys the necessary pearls to cast the Identify spell on the magical items.

Out of Character: As soon as you make level 5 Durgan will be able to cure himself of his blindness. It is a third level spell and he will get that knowledge of this spell from his prayers. You can buy it if you wish as the cost of the spell is 200 per spell level or 600 gold.
Zork is able to make for his fort/way station. There he finds everything is in order as the politics of the town do not make it that far south. He sees that everything is coming along as far a buildings.
Zork says to Sessativa, "No you keep it, the next time combat comes around and you have exhausted your spells you may need it.
At his fort Zork asks his steward over the affairs of the fort for a report. He asks the man he secretly pays to find out if there is any descent among the guards.
He asks one of his merchants to find a train panther or leopard that he can take on his next journey. Zork puts away his stash, makes sure his remaining dog is treated well
Out of Character: Hmm what to do with all that gold! How much are the platinum bars worth?
The bar of platinum are worth 250 PP each. So four bars is 1,000 PP.
Zork you hear good news. There is no issues with your keep and the steward reports a little bit of profit. The person you hired reports there are always those that grumble here and there about work and possible greener pastures else where but none looking to try to cause descent yet.
Trained panthers/leopards are hard to come by in this area. They believe that talking to the right people they can get a price of how much one can be. It may take a while.
When you get the items Identified this is what you find. The two magical rings are a ring of featherfall and a ring of protection +3, The sword is a +4 short sword, The helm is a helm of teleportation, The shield is a +3 large steel shield, The wand is a wand of magic detection, the chain mail is +4 elven chain mail, The bracers are bracers of defense AC 4, the red robe is a robe of the archmagi, the cloak is a cloak of protection +2, the key is a key of servitude.
One scroll has the following spells on it: Charm Monster, Dimension door, Flame arrow and Melf's minute meteor. The second scroll: Polymorph self, Fireball, Fear and Fabricate.
The spell books each have six spells in them. I will list them in level six spell books one with spells from each level of spell from level 1 to level 6
1. Charm person, Comprehend languages, sleep, magic missile, melt and Identify
2. Flaming sphere, darkness 15' radius, bind, forget, magic mouth and strength
3. Detect illusion, flame arrow, haste, item, protection from normal arrows, and slow
4. Dig, fire charm, ice storm, shout, stoneskin, and polymorph other
5. Animate dead, fabricate, passwall, teleport, magic jar, and distant distortion
6. Chain lightning, disintergrate, extension I, lower water, reincarnation, and spiritwrack.

Out of Character: Assuming this would have been discussed at some point:
In Character: When Zork learns about the magic items he asks, "Well, how will we share this?"
For his fort Zork will ask his steward to organize some festivities at least once a month o help with morale. Once a week there should be competitions with a prize so the men have something to look forward to doing.
