Sessativa takes off north through the woods with Durgan following behind. Since she is on horse back and rushing she does not see the log that seems to come out of nowhere hitting her horse in the chest impaling it. She is thrown from the horse and crashes hard onto the ground ahead of the now dead horse. Sessativa takes 4 points of damage and 10 points of stunning damage as the wind is knocked out of her. Durgan has to reign in hard to keep from running into her horse. He can not see where she lands because she is still invisible. Plus he is trying to regain control of his horse.
"Ambush!" Durgan yells. He casts Find Traps and searches around with his spell to make sure there are no more of them around.
Sessativa stays quiet and on the ground, ready to cast spells when she sees someone.
Zork is furious and looks for the nearest enemy and charges on his horse giving him a great advantage.
The only trap Durgan detects has already been sprung. Sessativa needs to roll a saving throw vs constitution to keep from passing out. Durgan and Zork both see four armored people rushing in two from the east and two form the west to attack.
I will need initiative rolls, attack, damage or other action from sessativa and Durgan.
Sessativa starts by casting Grease on the ground under pair to the East. Then she casts Web on the pair to the West.
Durgan casts Aid on himself, following up with a Fireball from the helmet against the pair to the east.
Out of Character: I just remembered about Sessativa's Ring of Featherfall, would that reduce the damage she took?
I included the +4 on saving throws from the ring and robe, but wasn't sure if it applied…
Out of Character: yes I forgot about the ring of featherfall therefore she would not have taken any damage. So ignore the damage part.
The fighter on the west gets a jump on Zork swinging his long sword missing Zork, Durgan casts aid upon himself, as Sessativa casts web at the western fighters, but they avoid the sticky threads. The second one on the west swings at Zork but he too misses. Zork swings at the first one hitting him for 11 damage. IT does not seem to phase him. The two on the east head for Durgan. One hits Durgan for 5 damage the other one misses.
Does Durgan still want to cast fireball?
Zork isn't going to mix matters with his opponents. He keeps striking til the death.
Out of Character: You still have two of my rolls I think.
