Out of Character: Just the spell, but not the wand. Zork heals 4 HP. Durgan will attack after that. And I think we still need Zork's rolls.
Out of Character: I still had two rounds with Zork.
Round seven - Zork hits the fighter for 6 damage, Sessativa misses and Durgan heals Zork for 4 points. The fighter swings and hits Zork for 5 damage.
Round eight - Zork hits the fighter for 12 damage, sessativa misses and Durgan hits the fighter for 5 damage. The fighter swings again hitting Zork for a solid blow of 6 damage.
I need more combat for Zork now. Zork has taken 26 points damage was healed for 4 so a total of 22 net damage. Zork you should be at 2 hit points.
Zork is badly injured and although he thought he was going to die he didn't. Still, there is no turning back now as he seeks to strike back with whatever he has left.
Round nine - Zork swings and misses the fighter, the fighter swings back and hits Zork causing 3 damage. Durgan swing and hits the fighter for 7 damage. The fighter falls and stops moving. End of battle.
The fighters have banded mail armor, medium steel shields, long swords. Each carries a backpack with three days rations and a water skin. Together they have 7 gold, 14 silver and 23 copper. No gems or jewelry.
Out of Character: So Zork Finally falls?
In Character: Durgan will heal Zork a couple times using 3 charges from his wand.
Then he heals his horse with another 3, assuming it has enough charges.
Sessativa checks the items for magic.

Out of Character: That last hit would put Zork on -1 HP. Does this version of Dungeons & Dragons have the same negative amount for death at -10?
In Character: Zork falls to the ground after the last hit and remains motionless.
Out of Character: With Durgan's healing Zork should be on 16 now, and the horse on 21.
In Character: Sessativa shouts out, "Is that the proof you wanted?! How can YOU possibly claim to be good now? No help whatsoever!"
To the party she says, "Let's just go. Let's get away from here." She begins storming off on foot, looking up only to get her bearing to head north.
Durgan silently follows on his horse.
