If Sessativa lets him smash the door: 18, 14, 18 all over strength.
Sessativa nods. "It may have tomes that we are looking for. I'll keep watch in the hallway." Sessativa watches for any signs of danger while Durgan attempts to open the door.

You bang on the door and it gives way to fall inward with a loud crash. It seems it was not locked at all just stuck and now it is laying on the floor. Inside you see a room just like the other two. The only difference is the room seems very clean with no dust like the rest of the place. It is like someone shut the door after cleaning this room a few short hours ago. You do not see any movement in the room. The beds are made and neat the desks have paper, books, ink pots and pens along with fine sand. The wardrobes are closed.
Standing in the hallway you hear a echo of the door crashing open or is it an echo?

Durgan looks in the direction of the echo, thinks nothing of it, then heads into the room. He first has a look through the papers on the desk, "This is quite unexpected. If there's a person living here, they sure are neat. I would not make my bed every day."
Unless Sessativa already has, he moves on to search the wardrobes. Then every inch of the room, especially the bed.
Sessativa wearily watches down the hallway while Durgan searches the room. He made so much noise the zombies might be coming, and she doesn't want to be caught unaware.
