"Or we could do that," He would say, with a shrug. Feeling while that could work, it would likely take quite some time. Admittingly, going back and then coming back could take much longer so he could see why the party wanted to continue on. With such, Jonathon would have his torch at ready, nodding to the rest of the party before saying, "Lets continue then."

"If I try to turn the undead now, only a few would scatter and go back further into the cave. I am hoping we can take quite a few of them out then when there is not many left I will try to turn them back and we can enter. If we fail at this endevor, there was a cave near where you where held captive that would could check out. We would have to approach it carefully so they would not spy us coming."
Out of Character: : Waiting for somebody to state an action. Who's opening the door? What is everybody else going to do in preparation? Etc...
As Ardo steps forward and looks back as Jess "Do you have some more of that magic touch to open the door or shall these massive biceps try again?" With a grunt and a wheeze I will give it another go with the lever.
Jess watches as Ardo huffs and puffs while trying to pry the door open. After Ardo admits defeat to the door, she walks up to him and says, "Didn't you learn anything from before?"
She picks up a rock and taps it on the door. The door slowly slides open revealing the remaining skeletons and zombies standing still in almost the same position as you last saw them before the door closed.
"All you have to do is knock!" she says with just the slightest hint of exasperation.
"Ahh your wonderful Magic works again !" Ardo steps back and readies his warhammers and starts throwing at the closest undead until he has 1 warhammer left or the undead advance.
