Davik leads the group to the left. The corridor runs about forty feet to the north with a door on the left.
The corridor jogs to the right and then continues to the north down a dark set of stairs.
Hunter stands awaiting the glorious work of Davik, however he does aide him by first using his vision to see if he can pick up movement or anything lurking followed by his trusted lantern.
Davik continues down the stairs, carefully muffling his footsteps to make as little noise as possible. As he continues, he keeps a careful watch on the stairs for any pressure plates. Edited: rossaldinho on 6th Sep, 2016 - 7:45pm
Ignoring the door on the left, Davik continues down the stairs into a what is obviously a dormitory or living quarters, with five simple beds, five chests (One at the foot of each bed), five chairs, two tables, a brazier with a small fuelbox, and a shelf of books. Candles in holders rest on either table, currently unlit.
The room appears to be in some degree of disarray. Three of the five beds have been stripped of linens, most of the chests are empty or half empty with discarded cloths strewn here and there. It appears that some books have been taken, just a few by the looks of it. Probably just the ones easily carried.
Nothing of value appears to have been left.
Ardo motions back to Davik to check out the door on the left that was bypassed when they checked out this room. Ardo whispers to the group "Do you think they buggered off when we went back too town?"
Davik opens the door, moving silently into the room beyond, continuing to use the shadows to stay hidden. More cautious now, Davik is suspicious that he is not encountering any resistance, and checks every room diligently to make sure he is not walking into a trap.
Out of Character: Should I be rolling Move Silently and Hide In Shadows every time? I'll roll Find/Remove Traps as this is a new room, but can we just assume the results of other rolls last time stick, or do you want me to roll every time?
