The Watcher from the Aether says... Ardo and Drethen open the door to find a spartan room that is 30' across, north to south, and 20' deep, east to west. Along the west wall, opposite the door they opened, is a wooden slab running the entire length of the room.
Sitting on this slab are three figures. At first you take them to be monks that once worked in the chapel as they are wearing monk like robes that are a faded amber color. But, upon closer inspection, you see sunken eyes or the absence of eyes, rotting flesh, and bare teeth with chunks of flesh hanging from in-between.
Needless to say, once you open the door, the creatures begin to rise from their seated position and amble towards you…

The Dawn Seeker says...Gabriel had been following after quietly, allowing the others to take the lead but being mindful of trouble and observant of danger. When they entered the room with more undead, the paladin was quick to hold up his holy symbol and offer soft prayer to his god while readying his morningstar.
Gabriel Results:

- Turn Undead on D20 (+0): 10 (1 roll)

The Watcher from the Aether says... The zombies shamble slowly forth to attack. Their slow movements and jerky gait give the party plenty of time to react.
Hunter fires two arrows. Both hit their mark and the zombie crumbles to the ground. Drethen attacks his zombie next, splitting the creatures head in two.
Gabriel is left to face his monster. First he pulls out his holy symbol and command the creature to flee. The monster starts shaking and turns to run. That's when Gabriel swings his morning star, crushing the creatures head.
The last one falls to the floor, the life fleeing from it for the second time.
After a hectic but quick battle, the party is left to themselves in the spartan room. After a moment you hear a crash from out in the hallway and distant shuffling.

"Great more zombies, Lets go find and kill them shall we?' Drethen heads back out of the room looking both ways to see where the shuffling sound is coming from. HE will head towards the closest zombies he sees.
