Daishain's 5e D&D RPG Main Thread - Page 852

Velon grins as the first wraith dissipates and the second misses him. He sees Poljen step in and get at their remaining foe before him, so decides to flank it looking for an opportunity to attack. Rounding the undead monster, he finds the right moment and smashes down with his warhammer. Striking with unnatural thunderous force, he hopes to take the creature down before anyone else suffers the odd effects that made his skin crawl.

Perry sees that one ghostly figure has disappeared and breathes a sigh of relief, “Good, one down at least."

He then turns and angrily looks at the other undead figure and yells at it, “Oi! You there, spooky-spectral-face! YOUR MOTHER WAS A BANSHEE!”

Out of Character: Perry will cast Vicious Mockery at the leftover wraith, a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save it will have disadvantage the next time it tries to hit someone with that nasty debuffing attack.

Smiling as the first wraith vanishes into threads of mist, He focuses again on his target and moves up, launching the glowing bolt into the heart of the creature while watching the other specters warily.
Specific Action: Move to L22 and Radiant bolt.

Lia shifts her aim to the spectre attacking Velon. Once again she seeks Sune's help as she looses another arrow.

Mari moves quickly to get behind the single wraith remaining. Taking advantage of her allies distracting it she drives her blade towards the center of it's back.

Specific Action: Mari moved to E20 to get the flanking bonus. She will now qualify for sneak attack.

Lia remains in the same spot. She uses the power shot option on the spectre in H20.

The Awakened says...

Seeing the foes start to fall strengthens Nikolaos's resolve. He positions himself to get a clear shot then blasts the final wrath with divine energies.

Specific Action: cast guiding bolt. Using bardic inspiration to lower the attack roll of the wraith.

The Protector. says...

Tazskan, will still continue with a ranged attack at the moment.
Again, attacking with eldritch blast in left hand, and holding wand in right hand for enhanced effect.

Out of Character: Will aim both beams at the creature located at H20, however if that one is taken down, will use it against creature located at J20.

After, attacking will move to Lia's position, or next to her.

The second Wraith hardly has a chance to react before it is blown apart by a combination of spells and weaponry. It tries once more to strike Velon, but fails to connect.

Without the more powerful spirits present, the specters are easily dispatched, and soon enough, the room goes quiet.

Out of Character: Moving this along, there'd have been two specters left over for another round, but they wouldn't stand a chance.

Perry walks into the room and says to everyone with a big grin on his face, “Yay, we did it everyone, we busted those ghosts right good! So, what were they guarding? There’s gotta be something good in here. Ooo, maybe there are jewels or gold or, better yet, clothes!”

Perry’s tail is in full labrador mode. He begins helping others look around the room to see if there’s anything of value.

Out of Character: Anyone who wishes to investigate or perceive things, Perry will help out to give you advantage if he can.
