Bottom Bar Removed

There were a lot of Updates today so I apologies if you had difficulty logging on at the time I was Updating. The Floating Bottom Bar was removed but I have moved the info it contains to other parts of the Community. I am still testing places to further integrate it, but you will see the obvious changes as time goes by. For now you will see random blobs of info appear at the top of Threads.
